Children’s House Teacher

The Cornerstone School in Stratham, New Hampshire is seeking a teacher for our afterschool program in the 2024-25 school year. Our school operates its programs in a co-teaching model so you will be entering this new environment within a team of 3 other experienced teachers  as you learn our school and get to know the community of children you will serve together in beautifully equipped Montessori environments. A Montessori credential is not required, though it is preferred, along with relevant experience.

Our after school program, Children's House, serves our youngest Primary students  (3 and 4 year olds) beginning at 12:30 for nap or outdoor play. At 2:45pm our Kindergarten and Elementary students join Children's House. The popularity of the afterschool program after 3pm has increased over the past year, so we are looking for a teacher to work with our younger students for the first part of the afternoon, 11am-2:45pm, and then with our Elementary students from 2:45-5 .

  • Minimum hours are 11pm-5pm daily; however additional hours subbing may be available in the morning as are summer camp session hours for those interested for summer 2025.
